Client Service/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Client Service/Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing investment firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is intellectually curious, empathetic, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services. Industry experience is a plus. You'll work closely with senior team members gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, operations, and the investment advisory process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing service needs
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through responsive and empathetic communication
  • Assist with account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation
  • Coordinate client communications, meetings, and follow-ups
