We are currently seeking a Private Client Senior Services Coordinator to join our Private Client Services team. As the primary service contact for Investment Counselors (IC), Financial Advisors and their Assistants, the Private Client Service Coordinator acts as a liaison with the Custodian (RBC IST/NBIN/CIIS) and CI back-offices in a high net worth and fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include account administration, investigating account issues and coordinating complicated requests with administration and custodians for high-net worth clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as the primary service contact for ICs, financial advisors, and clients
  • Investigate account-related problems, make recommendations, and implement the best possible agreed-upon solution for the client in a timely manner
  • Respond to account-specific inquiries and procedural questions about the Private Client program via email and phone and provide value added suggestions where possible
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (PC Administration, Investment Policy (IP) Group, PC trading desk, Managed Solutions), ICs, Stonegate Private Counsel Advisors, and Custodians (RBC Investor Services Trust, NBIN, CIIS)
  • Submit accurate and complete trade requests prior to 2 pm and seek appropriate approvals and where appropriate (depending on the ICs/region assigned)
  • Keep current on industry updates, custodian announcements, corporate initiatives, product changes and updates to policies and procedures to assist with field support and inquiries.
  • Assist with various reporting requests from the field (ie. statements and tax packages)
  • Assist in special projects and various campaigns where applicable.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Completion of post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience in the investment industry; Private Client or high net worth industry experience considered an asset
  • Mutual fund and securities industry knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and work independently

This role follows our inoffice work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
