Supervises a team supporting Workday Talent Acquisition and Onboarding operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality system support, configuration, and user enablement activities. Oversees day-to-day operations while partnering with HR stakeholders to support effective system functionality, process improvements, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day Workday system support and ticket resolution.
  • Assign and monitor team workload; ensure SLA adherence.
  • Guide configuration activities within Recruiting and Onboarding modules and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and system updates.
  • Ensure training materials and documentation are current.
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Support testing activities and Workday releases within assigned modules.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs.
  • Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6-8 years of HRIS/Workday experience with expertise in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory, team lead, project lead, or informal leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operational processes.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
