Company Overview

RevWhisper is a managed revenue and listing optimization service for short-term rental owners and operators. Clients trust us to run the revenue side of their Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com listings end to end, including dynamic pricing strategy, listing and content optimization, channel and PMS setup, and search-rank tracking through our proprietary tools. We are a small, fast-moving team with a quickly growing client portfolio. This is an opportunity to join at an important stage of growth and directly improve the experience and results we deliver to every client.

Position Summary

  • Coordinate with internal team members to obtain information, files, and approvals.

  • Attend onboarding calls, capture requirements and action items, and drive setup to completion.

  • Set up and troubleshoot PMS access, Airbnb co-host access, OTA connections, two-factor authentication, and user seats.

  • Route pricing and revenue questions to the appropriate owner without overpromising outcomes.

  • Flag at-risk accounts and recurring issues early.

  • Turn recurring requests into saved responses and written SOPs.

  • Report weekly on request volume, response times, aging items, blockers, and common request types.

Qualifications
  • Clear, warm, professional written and verbal communication.

  • Highly organized and able to manage many client requests without dropping details.

  • Composed and responsive while handling competing priorities.

  • Comfortable using client platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, a PMS, a CRM, and shared phone or text tools, or able to learn them quickly.

  • Methodical problem-solving skills for technical setup and account issues.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

  • Proactive communication and willingness to follow up until an item is closed.

  • Discretion and professionalism when representing the company.

  • Eager to learn and open to feedback.

  • Able to work on-site in Hamilton, Ontario, five days per week and reliably commute or relocate before the start date.

  • Preferred but not required:

    • • Experience in short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality.

      • Experience with a PMS such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable, or with a CRM.

      • Familiarity with Airbnb co-hosting and OTA setup.

      • Experience running a ticket, request, or support queue.
