Position: Account Executive Location: San Antonio, TX. Work Schedule:  Full-time, Hybrid

We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals who are excited to help expand our client's growing presence in the San Antonio market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building new business while developing long-term client partnerships.

This position is a salaried role, plus commission.

Qualifications:
  • 1.5+ years of experience in staffing sales and/or account management (technical staffing experience preferred)
  • Open to candidates with a successful background in technology sales or consultative B2B solution sales
  • Proven hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop, manage, and grow existing client accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
About the Role

This position offers a balanced mix of new business development and account management, providing the opportunity to expand existing client relationships while building a strong pipeline of new business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of existing client accounts under Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the San Antonio market
  • Expand existing client relationships by increasing market penetration and identifying additional staffing needs
  • Develop strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and consultative account management
