Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical and technical support for the department/agency collection of client demographics. This will include typing, filing, and compiling pertinent information and being responsible for entering data into Clarity accurately.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure that all data entry is accurate (Clarity and CNCAP In-house database)
  2. Maintain a 5% or less null/error rate on Clarity Data Entry
  3. Assist Program Specialist and agency data staff in reviewing and correcting data error reports as needed
  4. Process and send out payments to vendors
  5. Collect basic intake information from various departments on an ongoing basis
  6. Assist with special activities to support department functions
  7. Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
  8. Assist with compiling and processing information for the Family Outreach Department

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A high school diploma or GED required
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 1-3 years of experience in clerical work or data entry
  4. This position is not remote and must report to the Loup City office

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  2. Oral and written communication skills
  3. Knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  4. Excellent time-management and organizational skills
