Phillips Sign & Lighting is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office assistant to join our team. As an Office assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our sales, service and accounting departments. You will assist in clerical tasks, maintain records, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth workflow within the departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to the Sales, Service and Accounting Department, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, service requests, work orders, and customer interactions using our internal database system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional clerical certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office reception or clerical role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
