A Florida stablished law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Clerical Assistant in their Tampa, Florida office. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience, be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be well organized to join our fast-growing team. Insurance defense experience recommended.
Responsabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Saving documentation into case management software
  • Submitting correspondence through the use of Florida e-filing portal
  • Charting deadlines contained in orders, pleadings, and new case files
  • Providing general clerical support for the legal team
