Part-Time Sales Receptionist
Maus Nissan of New Port Richey is currently seeking a Part- Time Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. We are a rapidly growing automotive group in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
  • Support dealership departments as needed with clerical or customer-facing tasks
  • Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality

Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or Saturdays if required
