Art Clerical
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a clerical person to review art for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a well-established printing manufacturer.
Pay rate
$15.00 per hour,
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Art Clerical Duties and Responsibilities

Match artwork printouts with corresponding work orders
Sort and route work orders to the correct departments
Maintain organization of documents and materials
Communicate effectively with team members and customer service representatives
Perform accurate data handling and administrative support tasks
Assist with additional duties as needed and participate in cross-training
Art Clerical Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
