  • Monitor the building construction process through to completion
  • Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
  • Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike

  • Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish, helping to fulfill their dreams

Cleary invests heavily in developing successful sales professionals. Whether you're experienced in sales or transitioning from construction our training equips you with the technical product knowledge, pricing strategies, and customer relationship skills needed to become a trusted building advisor. You'll receive extensive training through Cleary’s Steelwood University programs including:

  • Comprehensive on-the-job, web-based, and classroom instruction
  • Maximum Value Pricing (MVP)
  • Professional Human Development (PHD)
  • Potential college credit opportunities through Madison College and Steelwood University

Successful Branch Sales Specialists are often promoted into Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager positions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of building construction is preferred
  • Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans ($65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers)
  • Company vehicle provided
