Job description

ADLIFT, INC. is HIRING an Email-Led B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing ( India) & Managing Director ( US)

EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time

EXPERIENCE: 4–8 Years

About AdLift:

AdLift is a performance-first digital marketing agency (a Liqvd company) specializing in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). We work with global brands — from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups — backed by two proprietary AI products:

Tesseract — AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and DeepSeek.

Content Lift — a 40,000+ publisher distribution network for citation equity building.

We\'re a ~125-person agency with operations across the US and India, growing on the back of the AI search supercycle. Our client roster includes PayPal, Airbnb, Shopify, Peloton, Barnes & Noble, and 100+ others. AdLift Inc. is our US entity, and this role helps build our marketing engine in the US market from the ground up.

The Role:

We\'re hiring a Marketing Manager to own AdLift\'s US marketing function end-to-end — with a heavy, hands-on focus on B2B email marketing and lead generation, plus the content, web, and CRM work that turns interest into pipeline. This is a builder\'s role, not a maintenance one.

Email is the engine: you\'ll own list building, cold outreach, nurture, deliverability, and the qualified leads that flow to our BD and sales teams. Around that, you\'ll create the assets and channels that make outreach land — white papers and PDF reports, landing pages, and our LinkedIn presence — and keep it all organized in our CRM.

You\'re the first dedicated marketing hire in the US. You\'ll start from zero on email-driven lead gen, prove the model, and grow a team beneath you as the function scales. You\'ll work like a growth marketer, move with the urgency of an SDR, and operate with the precision of a data analyst.

What You\'ll Own:

1. B2B Email Marketing & Lead Generation — the core of the role

a. Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, Clay, Hunter.io, Snov.io, or equivalent enrichment platforms — ICP accounts including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Growth and Performance Marketing leads at mid-market and enterprise companies.

b. Write and test cold email sequences that get replies — research-backed, personalized hooks, not templated, batch-and-blast copy.

c. Build multi-touch drip campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages in Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, or comparable tools.

d. Own deliverability end-to-end — sending domains, warm-up protocols, SPF / DKIM / DMARC, inbox placement, and bounce handling.

e. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier) to research prospects and generate personalized hooks at scale — outreach that feels 1:1 but scales to hundreds of contacts per week.

f. Run segmented nurture and re-engagement tracks, using proprietary Tesseract AI-visibility insights as differentiated, personalized hooks to reactivate stale prospects.

g. Produce and project-manage high-value B2B assets — white papers, PDF reports, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch collateral — working with our designers and research team.

h. Turn AdLift\'s proprietary data and POV (AI search, GEO, AEO) into gated content that fuels lead capture and outreach.

i. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard across all marketing materials.

3. Landing Pages & Web

a. Build, test, and optimize landing pages for campaigns, gated content, and lead capture — with conversion as the goal.

b. Own page performance: form conversion, load, and CRO experiments tied to campaign objectives.

4. LinkedIn & Organic Social

a. Run AdLift Inc.\'s LinkedIn presence and thought-leadership cadence to build brand and feed top-of-funnel demand in the US market.

b. Coordinate organic and outbound so brand visibility and direct outreach reinforce each other.

5. CRM & Marketing Operations

a. Own the CRM (Zoho) keep lead, contact, and pipeline data clean, de-duped, and CRM-ready with rigorous data hygiene.

b. Connect email activity, content engagement, and web behavior into clear pipeline tracking and lead routing to BD / sales.

6. Analytics & Reporting

a. Track open, reply, click-through, and bounce rates, plus pipeline generated per campaign and channel.

b. Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, send times, sequence length, copy tone, and landing pages.

c. Translate performance data into clear recommendations for leadership, BD, and sales.

Who You Are:

a. 4–8 years in B2B marketing with a strong email / outbound lead-generation track record — ideally at a marketing agency, with an agency background strongly preferred (SaaS or digital consultancy also welcome).

b. Deeply familiar with the agency/marketing buyer — you know what makes a CMO or VP of Marketing respond.

c. Hands-on with email scraping and enrichment (Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Snov.io, Clearbit, ZoomInfo) and cold email platforms (Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake).

d. Strong copywriting instincts — you write cold emails and content that sound human, not templated.

e. Comfortable creating or directing content assets — white papers, reports, landing pages — and running a LinkedIn presence.

f. Working knowledge of AI tools for research and personalization (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, n8n, Make, Zapier).

g. Hands-on with CRM (Zoho preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive transferable) and how marketing activity feeds pipeline.

h. Solid grasp of email deliverability — DNS records, domain warm-up, inbox placement.

i. Data-driven and self-directed — you know your numbers and act on them without being asked.

j. Able to work in US business hours and collaborate with a marketing team based in India.

Bonus Points:

a. Experience at or selling to digital marketing agencies, performance marketing teams, or SEO / content shops.

b. Exposure to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and intent-data platforms.

c. Familiarity with AI search / GEO / AEO as emerging service categories.

d. Experience building outreach off data signals — funding rounds, job changes, leadership hires — as triggers.

e. Prior experience building or managing a small marketing / SDR team.

Tools & Stack You\'ll Work With:

  • Cold Email Sequencing :Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, Outreach, Salesloft
  • Content & Landing Pages: Canva / Figma, Webflow / Unbounce / Instapage, WordPress
  • AI & Workflow Automation: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, n8n, Make, Zapier

How You\'ll Be Measured:

a. Monthly qualified leads (MQLs) generated and passed to BD / sales.

b. Cold email reply rate — target: >4%.

c. Pipeline value is attributed to email and content campaigns.

d. Deliverability health — bounce rate <2%, spam complaint rate <0.1%.

e. Content and landing-page output and conversion performance.

f. Conversion rate from email reply to discovery call booked.

Why AdLift:

You'll build and own the US marketing function from the ground up — not execute within someone else's playbook.

First dedicated marketing hire in the US, with a clear path to grow a team beneath you as the function scales.

Direct access to Tesseract, our proprietary AI-visibility platform — making your outreach uniquely differentiated and defensible.

Work at the frontier of AI-driven marketing — building it, not just talking about it.

A tight-knit team where your work has direct revenue impact and visibility to leadership.

Fully remote, flexible working environment, competitive US compensation, and a genuine growth path.
