As a Growth Development Representative at Revver, you are a proactive and driven professional who thrives on uncovering opportunities and sparking interest. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by quickly responding to inbound demo requests, website inquiries, live chat interactions, and event leads
  • Proactively research and engage outbound prospects through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to determine fit and buying intent
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on ideal customer profiles, territory strategy, and pipeline needs
  • Schedule and coordinate high-quality discovery calls and product demos with Sales team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance, messaging, and lead quality
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals related to outreach, meetings booked, and sales accepted leads (SALs)

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
  • You are able to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You're clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
  • You possess grit and don't shy away from rejection
  • You're hungry to progress your sales career
  • You know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectives
  • You have experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
  • You thrive in a high-energy team environment
  • You are a local and willing to report to our Lehi, UT office regularly
