Join Our Team as the Ancillary Manager


The Classic Center is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurialAncillary Manager to lead several of our fastest-growing revenue-generating operations. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality, events, parking, attractions, or venue professionals who enjoy building partnerships, improving operations, leading teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow parking, valet, transportation, and other ancillary service operations.
  • Manage the seasonal Athens on Ice attractions, including staffing, budgeting, guest experience, and daily operations.
  • Develop community partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities across The Classic Center campus.
  • Oversee special entertainment and guest service initiatives, including events at the 440 Foundry Pavilion.
  • Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive operational excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead full-time, part-time, and seasonal team members.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, events, parking, attractions, transportation, venue operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and revenue-generating programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible event-based schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
