Automotive Digital Sales Representative- Classic Honda

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 17 dealerships serving the Central Florida and Columbia, South Carolina markets, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. Our Buy Smart – Be Happy® brand promises include Our Best Price First, Pure and Simple® and Commission-Free Sales.

We are looking for a result-driven, motivated Digital Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling the dealership’s products and services through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. We are a negotiation free sales environment where our sales specialists are paid an hourly rate plus bonuses based on the number of cars sold, not the price of the car.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Tracks and responds to Internet and website leads
  • Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
  • Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
  • Meets and greets customers on appointment basis
  • Presents and demonstrates inventory via text, email and video
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products
  • Understands and follows the Holler-Classic Sales Process
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements and pass a background and MVR check
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Prior sales/customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs
