BDC Sales Support Specialist

Classic Auto Group – Brook Park, Ohio
Full-Time | Entry-Level | Hiring Immediately

Are you outgoing, organized, and customer-focused? Looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Ohio's most respected automotive groups? Classic Auto Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as a BDC Sales Support Specialist.

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping create an outstanding buying experience while supporting our sales team. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, text, and internet leads
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Support the sales team by ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Help generate showroom traffic and contribute to dealership sales goals
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license preferred
