Reporting to theTMCC Information SecurityBusiness Information Security Officer (BISO)Lead,this person willensure thatidentifiedsecurity risks are remediated consistently,timely, and in the right priority order across all business domains.TheInformation Security Remediation Coordinatoris anindividual contributorrole responsible fororchestrating remediation activitiesacross all business domains for prioritized security risks.This role does not own risk acceptance decisions or technical remediation work. Instead, it ensuresaccountability, sequencing, visibility, and escalationacross teams anddomains,so remediation progresses as intended.

Whatyou'llbe doing

Enterprise Remediation Orchestration

  • Coordinate remediation activities for Critical and Highrisks, with a focus on crown jewel applications andcriticalinitiatives.

  • Maintain a rolling, prioritized remediation view across domains, aligned to business impact and risk severity.

  • Identifycross domain dependencies and sequencing conflicts that delay remediation.

Ownership, Accountability, and Escalation

  • Ensure every remediation item has a named owner, agreed upon plan, and documented SLA.

  • Actively track remediation progress and challenge missed SLAs.

  • Escalate stalled or blocked remediation toappropriate leaders(Business, IT, Domain Risk Leads, BISOs) with clear options and impact.

BISO Enablement

  • Partner closely with BISOs to offload remediation coordination, tracking, and follow up.

  • Enable BISOs to remain focused on early engagement, business risk translation, and decision facilitation.

  • Provide BISOs with clean remediation status for business and executive discussions.

Release Readiness & Risk Reduction

  • Surface remediation risks that threatenreleasereadiness, especially forcriticalinitiatives.

  • Flag unresolved critical remediation items that may require explicit business risk decisions.

  • Ensure remediation aligns with defined go/no go security gates.

Executive Ready Reporting

  • Produceconsolidated, plain language remediation views for:

  • Top enterprise risks

  • Crown jewel exposure

  • SLA adherence and aging

  • Highlight trends, systemic blockers, and areas requiring leadership intervention.

What you bring

  • Strong program coordination and orchestration skills

  • Working knowledge of security risk, remediation lifecycles, and dependencies

  • Ability to influence without authority and challenge senior engineers and leaders credibly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (executive ready summaries)

  • Comfortoperatingin ambiguity across multiple domains simultaneously

Added bonusif you have

  • 10yearsofexperiencein one or more of:

  • Security program management

  • Risk management

  • Technology delivery coordination

  • Security operations or engineering (non-handson is fine)

  • Experience working with:
