A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've provided spiritually motived care for the elderly of Columbus for over 65 years. Caring for someone isnโ€™t just a job, itโ€™s a compassionate calling based on deep-rooted spiritual beliefs.
We are seeking a Receptionist - Perdiem.
  • As needed to cover other reception staff.
  • $14 per hour.
Receptionist Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Have caring helpful patient attitude.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a nursing home environment preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
Receptionist Job Summary:
  • Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate area.
  • Assist visitors with signing in and out of the facility.
  • Assist residents to prevent them from wandering out of facility.
  • Make announcements over paging system.
  • Distribute incoming packages and mail.
  • Know and follow all emergency procedures.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth while showing personal interest in a calm and peaceful environment.
