This position supports the Human Resources Department, focusing on employee support, claims and leave administration, and accurate recordkeeping. You will work directly with employees, Area Supervisors, customers, medical providers,

insurance representatives, and others to gather information and ensure timely follow-up

Join one of the largest and most successful franchises in the Bojangles' system, operating over 57 locations across Central North Carolina and Southern Virginia. As a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist, you will gain hands-on experience in HR, enhance your administrative expertise, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to quality and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, documenting and escalating as needed.
  • Manage routine FMLA administration, including paperwork, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Set up and manage Workers' Compensation claims, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist with liability claims by gathering information and maintaining communication with involved parties.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential HR records including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and employee relations.
  • Support HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • On-site position at our Raleigh, NC office.
  • Competitive hourly wage of $24.00-$26.00.
  • Non-exempt position.
