Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources Department, with a strong emphasis on payroll administration and processing. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining personnel records, supporting employee onboarding, and assisting with HR compliance initiatives.The ideal candidate has payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to employees while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations

Key Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of clerical, payroll, human resources, or personnel administration experience. Experience processing payroll, reviewing timesheets, and maintaining payroll records preferred.

Working knowledge of employment laws, payroll practices, Workers' Compensation, unemployment claims, and personnel administration regulations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism. Primary Responsibilities Payroll Administration Process and audit payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Review, verify, and reconcile employee timekeeping records, attendance, PTO, and payroll adjustments.

Enter and maintain payroll-related data, including new hires, status changes, deductions, and benefit elections. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while providing responsive support to employees regarding payroll questions. Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end payroll activities. Human Resources Support Assist the Human Resources Business Partner with the daily operations of the HR Department. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee credential tracking. Assist with Workers' Compensation and unemployment claims administration. Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and related documentation.
