Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused Logistics Analyst to join our in Washington, DC. This is an on-site position. This position focuses on complex technical and business challenges within defense logistics. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in Navy ILS disciplines, including supply support, maintenance planning, technical documentation, training support, and configuration/data management. The role also offers opportunities to lead working groups. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Analyze and develop logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory flow
* Create and evaluate procedures for inventory and distribution management
* Ensure rational product distribution and delivery based on analytical reports and tracking systems
* Lead working groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Provide subject matter expertise on logistics processes and systems
* Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
* 4+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as: Active duty, Government civilian, Support contractor
* Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05)
* Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analytical capacity
* Knowledge of Navy ILS processes, including provisioning, training, maintenance planning, and logistics product development Security Clearance Requirement: * Must hold an active Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff.
* Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
* May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders.
