Job Description Role: Civil Technologist Contract Duration: August 17, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Work Location: Saskatoon, SK in office Monday - Friday Experience Level: Intermediate (4-9 years) Role Description / Key Responsibilities Perform civil engineering design work on various projects executed within Cameco Technical Services (TS). Design civil works using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Apply knowledge of applicable codes and standards to engineering designs.

Provide CAD support to civil engineers by developing 3D models and 2D construction drawings, including detailed construction documentation. Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Construction Work Packages (CWPs), and construction packages. Ensure all design work complies with Cameco processes, procedures, standards, design criteria, and regulatory requirements.

Plan, draft, model, check, and maintain the quality of all civil engineering deliverables. Skills / Previous Experience Experience performing civil design work. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Knowledge of applicable engineering codes, regulations, and standards. Experience with engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoTurn, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience providing civil design support within mining projects is considered an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
