Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team in Saskatchewan. Based in either Regina (preferred) or Saskatoon, you will lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects, including land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, drainage, and water and wastewater systems.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Prepare engineering reports, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Perform technical assessments, site inspections, and engineering reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and junior technical staff.
- Participate in recruitment, performance development, and technical leadership within the team.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Saskatchewan.
- Strong project management and client relationship experience.
- Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, roads, drainage, and water/wastewater projects.
- Experience preparing proposals and supporting business development.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design software is considered an asset.
- Experience working with First Nations, Indigenous communities, or rural municipalities is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Saskatchewan.
