What does a civil rights manager do?

A Civil Rights Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with civil rights laws and policies within an organization. They investigate complaints of discrimination, provide training on civil rights issues, and develop policies to promote equal opportunity. Civil Rights Managers also work to educate staff and stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities, and may coordinate outreach programs to underserved communities. Their goal is to foster a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant environment.
