JOB TITLE:  School Bus Assistant                                                    WAGE/HOUR STATUS:  Non Exempt
REPORTS TO:  Director of Student Transportation                           PAY GRADE:  Auxiliary (T1)
DEPT/SCHOOL:  Student Transportation                                          DAYS EMPLOYED: 175
                                                                                                            DATE REVISED:  November 2024


PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To assist the driver in transporting students to and from school safely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educations/Certifications:
Training provided
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass drug and alcohol screening
Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds
Possess care and understanding for Special Needs Students
