Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineering) with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to lead complex land development projects throughout Southern California. This individual will oversee project delivery, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and play a key role in strategic growth initiatives.

This position offers a potential fast-track into senior leadership for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business development capabilities and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage land development projects from entitlement through construction.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and consultants.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project teams.
