Civil Engineer

We provide full-service engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services to industrial process manufacturers that operate in pulp & paper, chemical, CPG, F&B, power and heavy industrial market markets across the nation. We are in a significant growth mode and it’s an exciting time to be joining our business!

About the Role:
Jedson Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer. This position will play a key role in delivering civil and site design solutions for industrial projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute civil/site design projects including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and wet utilities.
  • Develop design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using Civil 3D.
  • Develop reports and studies for various phases of the project life cycle (FEL1, 2, 3, etc.).
  • Perform stormwater calculations per jurisdictional requirements.
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams and support coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support proposal development, scope definition, and project planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Relevant civil/site design experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design efforts and coordinating with clients.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
