D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer in Seattle, WA.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team, specializing in heavy civil and large infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the planning, design, and execution of complex infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and other large-scale civil works. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of heavy civil infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, utilities, grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems.
  • Perform calculations, analyses, and simulations to ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to review design documents and ensure the project's design is both functional and cost-effective.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2- 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with focus on heavy civil or large infrastructure projects (e.g. roads, bridges, utilities).
