IDEALFORCE has multiple CONTRACT positions available immediately for Citrix Administrators to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this role.  

Job Description

Configure, install, test, implement software in multiple Citrix Farms including but not limited to troubleshooting and support, respond to and resolve Incident and Request tickets. (50%)

Monitor real time Citrix application servers and isolate bottlenecks. Analyze and diagnose problems from monitors, dumps, and other available information. Monitors and reports server performance and utilization data and summarizes for reporting. (25%)

Document Citrix server builds, disaster recovery procedures and software installation, maintenance and repair procedures. Review server audit logs for inappropriate uses. Reviews server security configurations for questionable or inappropriate authorizations and permissions. (25%)
