Tri-County Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and passionate physical therapists to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing for a personal and interactive approach to therapy. As a home care provider, you will visit patients in their residences, creating a comfortable atmosphere tailored to their needs. Your work hours will generally be scheduled Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment programs.

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches.

  • Consistently consult with and educate patients and caregivers about treatment processes and expected outcomes.
  • Achieve performance metrics and utilization goals contributing to the practice's overall success.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
  • A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for patient interactions and documentation.
  • Proficiency in word processing and general computer skills to maintain patient records and treatment plans.
  • Ability to establish meaningful connections with patients and motivate them to achieve their functional goals.
Preferred Experience
