Tri-County Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Orlando, Florida Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Implement therapeutic modalities and techniques that are evidence-based, ensuring optimal outcomes for each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maximize patient recovery and functional goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers regarding rehabilitation processes and post-treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress according to regulatory standards.
  • Strive to meet minimum utilization goals while contributing to the clinic's overall performance metrics.
  • Participate in community outreach programs that promote health and wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Tri-County Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will also be valuable in treating pediatric and neurologic cases, providing a diverse clinical experience that enhances your professional growth and skill set.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly focusing on orthopedic conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with patients to enhance their engagement in the recovery process.
  • A desire to participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team education initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
