Overview

This role leads the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network and voice infrastructure. You’ll serve as the senior technical resource, driving network strategy, improving performance and reliability, and leading infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy enterprise network solutions (routing, switching, wireless)
  • Maintain secure environments including firewalls and VPNs
  • Act as escalation point for complex network issues
  • Manage wireless performance and optimization
  • Support routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and advanced switching
  • Partner with security teams on segmentation and compliance
  • Oversee monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
  • Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in network engineering

Technical Skills

  • Strong Cisco routing, switching, and wireless experience
  • Firewall and VPN expertise
  • Solid network security knowledge
  • VoIP/SIP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting
