Deloitte's Cisco Alliance team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer. The Cisco Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Cisco services across our Commercial and GPS sectors by providing technical expertise, developing solutions, and supporting sales efforts. Additional responsibilities include:

 Technical Expertise and Solution Development:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cisco solutions, providing technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and present Cisco-based solutions that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective Cisco solutions for clients.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for Cisco solution adoption, migration, and optimization.

Sales Support and Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for Cisco services.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of Cisco solutions and Deloitte services.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals, statements of work, and other sales collateral.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and business goals.

Our Cisco Alliance team works closely with, and in support of our AI & Engineering Offering Portfolio.  AI&E leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. These solutions are powered by engineering for business advantage, transforming mission-critical operations. Further, AI&E enables clients to stay ahead with the latest advancements by transforming engineering teams and modernizing technology & data platforms. AI&E delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

Our Cisco Alliance and AI & Data practice offer comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or business-related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (minimum Secret).

Preferred:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Engineering or business-related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Wage Disclosure 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600-$198,400.

Incentive Compensation

You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
