1. A photo ID (Cannot be your Student ID Card)
2. Either your original birth certificate or your original social security card. A current passport can be used instead of the former items. This cannot be a copy, picture, PDF, on your phone or a facsimile. Only an original document.
3. You will need to have your banking information (your personal bank branch routing number & your personal account number not a debit card number) to fill out the online direct deposit form.
4. Any necessary international documentation if applicable. Passport, I-20, I-94, & a Social Security card receipt.

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. The Circulation Manager rides with the Student Circulation Manager in a university van in rapid, safe and accurate delivery of 4,000 copies of the Indiana Statesman to on-campus and off-campus locations.
2. Early morning work on Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6am and lasting until all papers are delivered at approximately 9am.
3. The assistant will also drive the van at times.
4. Prefer the circulation assistant not have class before 10am on Tuesday and Thursday.
No delivery during university recognized holidays and/or breaks.
