Job description

Do you thrive on solving problems and helping others? Do you live near Rochester Minnesota? Join us onsite as a Dedicated Client Service Partner, where you'll deliver high-impact support for Cigna products, benefits, and claims-while building meaningful client connections.

Work Location: Address: 200 First St. SW, Rochester, MN 55905

What You'll do:

  • Provide onsite, hands-on support in the Rochester Minnesota location, as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team to ensure a seamless benefits experience for HR teams and employees
  • Take ownership and resolve escalated issues, including complex claims, denials, authorizations, appeals, and incentive-related questions
  • Ensure an exceptional employee experience by delivering insights that strengthen client satisfaction, inform Account Management strategy, and enhance program results.
  • Leverage relationship management expertise to build strong partnerships with key clients and act as their trusted liaison
  • Support our client ONSITE, five (5) days per week in Rochester, MN with occasional after-hours event support and limited travel as needed both out of state and to other locations within the Rochester, MN area.
  • Educate employees on plan offerings and optimize benefit usage through presentations, lunch-and-learns, and client-aligned communications
  • Support new-hire onboarding, open enrollment, and health fair activities, including coordinating and supporting onsite client wellness initiatives

What you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED - required; bachelor's degree - preferred
  • WORK ONSITE AT: 200 First St. SW, Rochester, MN 55905 - REQUIRED
  • Professional experience in insurance, healthcare, managed care, or a related industry - required
  • Familiarity with benefits, administration platforms and CRM systems - required
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to influence, consult, and guide without direct authority - highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; (Word, Excel, Outlook) - required
  • Proven track record of relationship-building with clients and cross-functional partners - highly preferred
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal direction - required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and deliver creative solutions - required
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to deliver clear messaging to employees and client audiences, required
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 30% (Scottsdale, AZ; Rochester, MN; Jacksonville, FL) required

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
