ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for players, ensuring outstanding service and timely response to inquiries.

  • Build and nurture relationships with guests through personalized attention and engagement strategies.

  • Plan and host player events, tournaments, and promotions to drive excitement and participation.

  • Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify outreach opportunities and player preferences.

  • Collect feedback and share player insights with relevant departments to enhance overall service delivery.

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop appealing player promotions and communication materials.

  • Educate guests on available services, promotions, and loyalty programs.

  • Uphold all gaming regulations and internal controls to maintain a compliant and professional environment.

  • Work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and foster lasting guest relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

  • Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced, and smoke-filled environment.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
