Job description

The Company
ChurchFunerals Direct is a Christian-based, gospel-centered, church-focused licensed funeral home that partners with churches to provide better funerals for a fraction of the cost. Our funeral directors and staff are the best in the business. Families that we serve are truly cared for and normally save several thousand dollars on their funerals. This is an excellent part-time ministry position for bi-vocational or retired pastors as we add additional staff throughout the state.
Compensation
This position offers excellent pay starting at $25 per hour.
Responsibilities
In this position you will call on pastors, conduct seminars, help families plan their funerals in advance, and assist at churches during funeral services. Hours are flexible, but you must commit to working at least 10 and no more than 20 hours weekly.
  • Meet with pastors and church boards to enroll the church in our Preferred Partner Program.
  • Conduct educational seminars at churches.
  • Meet with families who would like to preplan their funerals months or years in advance.
  • Funeral support staff work such as driving hearses and handling parking at funeral services at various churches.
Skills and Qualifications
If you have a heart for people and a passion for Christ, this professional position with ChurchFunerals Direct will enhance your current ministry as well as your income. The ideal candidate is a current or retired pastor who is self-motivated and can work 10-20 hours weekly without constant supervision. Extensive paid training will be provided.
