Part Time Weekend Receptionist
Every Sat & Sun 7:30am-2pm
Columbus, OH
Brookwood Point, located in Columbus, OH is an senior independent living community with a team of professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Qualified candidates for this position offer:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: 6 months of general office work required

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at the front desk, including greeting residents, visitors, and staff and assisting with their needs in a compassionate manner
  • Answer phones according to facility policy, screen calls, and take or relay messages for managers and staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area; restock supplies, refreshments, point-of-sale items, and collateral as needed
  • Set up, monitor, and break down the continental breakfast service
  • Handle basic food service tasks and clean/reset the dining room after breakfast
  • Complete general administrative duties as assigned
