A Church Production Director oversees the technical and creative aspects of worship services and church events, including audio, video, lighting, and live streaming. They work closely with pastors, musicians, and volunteers to ensure smooth production and high-quality experiences for both in-person and online audiences. Their responsibilities often include managing production teams, maintaining equipment, and planning for special events or services. This role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly during live events.
