Job description

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator supports the Campus Services teams by coordinating warehouse operations and ensuring the effective ordering, receiving, inventory management, and distribution of supplies and resources that support ministry and campus operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and fulfill weekly Order Manager requests, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of supplies and resources.
  • Support church-wide events, ministry initiatives, and special projects by delivering, transporting, and distributing equipment and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ministry staff regarding warehouse inventory, pickups, deliveries, and logistical support.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders to identify practical solutions and best practices for logistical and operational needs.
  • Develop and improve warehouse systems and processes to increase efficiency, organization, and functionality.
  • Receive, inspect, stock, organize, and maintain inventory, including incoming shipments and resources returning from events.
  • Provide logistical support for ministry teams, including Kids, Spiritual Formation, Events, Students, and Production.
  • Safely operate warehouse and fleet equipment, including forklifts, box trucks, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and other ministry vehicles.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate replenishment needs to the Logistics Director.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management,
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, and other heavy objects.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities and ministry needs.
