Associate Campus Pastor – Operations
Summary
Under the direction of the Campus Pastor and Lead Operations Pastor, the Associate Campus Pastor of Operations oversees operational excellence, logistics, and event execution for the campus. This position ensures that every service, event, and environment reflects Church Unlimited’s standard of excellence and supports the mission to take as many people to Heaven as we can before we die. Period. The role focuses on systems, structure, and readiness while collaborating closely with the Campus Pastor and Campus/Support Teams.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
  • Lead, serve, ad support during weekend services and special events
  • Assist in the overall strategic, management, development and growth of campus ministry
  • Lead parking teams for weekend services.
  • Manage event logistics, facilities coordination, and campus preparedness.
  • Oversee safety, volunteer scheduling, and service flow readiness.
  • Coordinate supplies, setup, teardown, and operational needs for all events.
  • Ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, presentation, and environment.
  • Track and report operational metrics related to service readiness and volunteer deployment.
  • Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals.
  • Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events.
  • Teach in small, medium and large group settings
  • Support pastoral care needs of the campus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Volunteer leaders for Parking and Operations.
  • Oversight and development of operational volunteer team leads.
     
Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in event management, operations, or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-campus ministry environment.
  • Alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
