Location: Corporate Office (Fort Wayne, IN)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through service enquiries, new business on-boarding, and policy renewals.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate policy renewals, process policy changes & identify and communicate coverage needs with existing clients or agents via phone, or email.
  • Demonstrate procedural knowledge needed to respond to routine questions via phone and email from client or agent inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Accurately document account and policy information across multiple systems in accordance with procedural guidelines.
  • Address billing inquiries and assist with claims for clients via email and phone.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance coverage and forms relating to products.
  • Work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals.
  • Must maintain a flexible attitude and a drive to achieve deadlines.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain the P&C or L&H agent license.
