**Position Overview:**
The Chrysler Parts Counter Advisor will play a critical role in our parts department, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chrysler products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers & Technicians in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with their parts inquiries.
- Utilize the dealership's parts catalog system to identify and provide accurate information on required parts and accessories.
- Assist customers & Technicians with parts orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of parts.
- Provide recommendations to customers on compatible parts.
