This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a location of your choice while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work setup. Your primary engagement will be through virtual therapy sessions, ensuring high accessibility and convenience for clients at our detox center. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and support to maintain effective communication and documentation, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional care.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of clients facing urgent mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring clear, measurable goals in collaboration with each client.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to vital resources, including financial aid, housing support, and additional social services crucial for their recovery journey.
• Provide crisis interventions to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, including but not limited to cases of suicidal ideation and severe trauma responses.
• Engage in community education initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive case records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training sessions that foster both professional and personal growth within the clinical landscape.

This role is centered around providing care to a diverse population, particularly those in a detox environment. Clients may include individuals struggling with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. You will employ culturally competent practices to appreciate and respond to the diverse backgrounds of clients, ensuring equitable and effective support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Nevada license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with the capacity to practice independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to client interactions, emphasizing inclusivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds.
• At least two years of proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, particularly in challenging environments.

• Experience working within a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and strong problem-solving skills in high-stress situations.
• A commitment to lifelong learning in the field of clinical social work, including seeking ongoing professional development opportunities.

Your hard work will be recognized with a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
