Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the office. This is a fast-paced environment, and your ability to multitask, manage calendars effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Process and track expenses using Chrome River software, with a willingness to undergo training if necessary.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fluctuating schedules, demonstrating agility in responding to evolving demands.
  • Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide additional assistance to the administrative team as needed, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with exposure to fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with Chrome River preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
