Summary Description: We are looking for a style-savvy dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment! Our Softgoods Supervisor will take charge of our apparel and inspire excellence on the sales floor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the floor by overseeing daily operations of the department ensuring an organized, stylish and shoppable experience.
  • Bring merchandising magic! Implement visual merchandising plans and seasonal setups that are eye catching and encourage customer engagement.
  • Ensure stock is full, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Drive sales by understanding trends, product performance and customer feedback to help inform future growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers and make every shopping experience positively memorable.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to open/close store and be a trusted confidante and people leader.
  • Uphold brand standards of the Aspen St. Regis and work closely with that team to create cohesive and positive guest experiences.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A passion for fashion, merchandising and creating standout customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to lead, coach, and inspire.
  • Tech-savvy with basic POS and inventory systems skills.
  • English fluency, written and verbal
  • Flexibility in schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
