Overview

The training and education of Christian Science nurses are central to fulfilling Arden Wood's healing mission. As a Journal-listed Christian Science nurse with an exemplary practice, you are able to provide visionary leadership, oversight, and spiritual guidance, ensuring the highest quality experience for each participant in the Christian Science Nursing Arts training program. Your focus is on ensuring quality mentoring and supporting individual spiritual development and steady progress. Willingness to teach, guide, and inspire is essential. You have strong management skills and work well with others to foster a collaborative, spiritually grounded, and forward-thinking work environment.


Requirements

  • Member of The Mother Church; an active member of a branch church; Class-taught andJournal-listed.
  • Graduate of a CS nurses' training program and familiarity with the Christian Science Nursing Arts.
  • Excellent Christian Science nursing skills, extensive experience, and proven ability to make sound assessments.
  • A reputable, sound and substantial Christian Science nursing practice.
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring Christian Science nurses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating, teaching and mentoring as well as role-modeling an exemplary example of Christian Science nursing.
  • Proven ability to adapt management skills to meet individual needs and to train in a loving and supportive manner.
  • Uphold and exemplify the highest standards of Christian Science nursing practice, including clear ethical standards and excellent practical skills.
  • Provide strong leadership, sound judgment, and ethical guidance.
  • Work harmoniously with others and foster teamwork.
  • Be deeply committed to advancing the healing mission of Christian Science nursing through education, mentorship, and spiritual example.
