Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Achieve sales goals and support community occupancy targets
  • Respond to inquiries and conduct personalized community tours
  • Guide prospects and families through the decision-making process
  • Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up (calls, emails, events)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Sherpa, Yardi, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects financially in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Represent and promote our full continuum of care
  • Participate in marketing events and community outreach
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction

Qualifications
What You Bring
  • Proven sales or leasing experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional presence and excellent follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems and general computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • A compassionate, people-first approach
  • Experience in Independent Living or Assisted Living sales
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to support families through transitions
