Key Responsibilities of the RN Registered Nurse

As a vital clinical leader, you will oversee the following:

  • Clinical Oversight: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well-being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately.

  • Documentation: Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations as an RN Registered Nurse.

  • Medication & Treatment: Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.

  • Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • Emergency Response: Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
