Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse who is looking to make a meaningful impact. At Clement Manor, we are committed to providing exceptional care with a focus on respect, collaboration, and quality service. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance the lives of our residents in a supportive and enriching environment.

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm Full Time; Bi-Weekly set schedule, includes every other weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
  • Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident health and provide timely, documentation, & communication

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License in the state of Wisconsin
  • Passion for providing quality, person centered care

  • Experience is long-term care or similar setting is a plus
